The L+R story

In 2010, L+R Group was formed, with a clear vision: to enhance regional communities through the provision of exceptional aquatic, leisure and sporting facilities. Embodying a community-first approach, L+R Group prioritises high-performance facilities management, recognising the crucial role that quality services and amenities play in fostering engaged, active, and safe regional communities.

Our family of eight facilities stands as a testament to this commitment, supported by Team L+R, an experienced management group, qualified swim teachers, coaches, trainers and dedicated facility staff. We understand the significance of our role in enriching regional communities. Now that’s a plus!

The L+R Group Management Team

  • Regular Meetings with Facility Managers: We conduct weekly meetings with our facility managers to promptly identify and address any quality issues that may arise. By staying proactive, we ensure that any concerns are resolved promptly, maintaining the excellence our patrons expect.

  • Scheduled Site Inspections: Our commitment to quality extends to regular site inspections. These inspections allow us to assess the condition of our facilities and identify areas for improvement. We believe in a hands-on approach to maintenance and upkeep.

  • Active Involvement in Inspections and Remediation: Our management team actively participates in the inspection and remediation process. We believe that by being directly involved, we can better understand the challenges faced by our facilities and implement effective solutions.

  • Prioritising Workplace Health and Safety: Workplace health and safety are paramount to us. We have a strong track record of compliance with workplace health and safety standards across all our facilities. Our goal is to create a safe and secure environment for both our staff and patrons.

  • Accessible WH&S Information: To ensure transparency and accountability, council staff can easily audit, track, and assess facility WH&S information through our Online Management Hub. This streamlined system provides real-time access to essential data, allowing for informed decision-making.
