L+R Group manage a family of 7 community facilities for regional councils. Our high performance management philosophy drives L+R venues to deliver safe, fun and healthy environments.

These courses equip professionals with the necessary skills and knowledge for lifeguards, pool managers, and aquatics instructors.
Training focuses on a variety of key areas, including water safety, emergency response, customer service, and facility management. Through a combination of theoretical learning and hands-on practical exercises, participants gain a deep understanding of best practices and industry standards. Experienced trainers bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise, ensuring a dynamic and engaging learning experience for all.
We’ve been assessed by Best Practice Certification for Standard: ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Requirements, for the provision of aquatic and recreation management services, training, programming and consulting.

SCTA course
The Swim Australia™ Foundation Coach (SAFC) (formerly known as Swim Australia Teacher of Competitive Swimming) will enable people to be competent to deliver basic swimming squad sessions that develop the swimming technique of novice Swimmers – this is generally defined as Swimmers who are recent “Learn to Swim” Graduates and are in the likes of a “mini squad” (usually around 10-years and under) and still acquiring the skills needed to transition into competition.
