This is the case with Eric Spargo, a facility manager at L+R Group.
Eric works at the snow in winter and maintains full-time employment with us throughout the rest of the year.
By compressing his hours over a shortened period with L+R Group, Eric can continue pursuing his passion for the winter season at Hotham while maintaining a stable home base and a reliable income all year round.

At just 16 years old, Eric joined our team as a kiosk attendant at Holland Park Pool in West Wyalong, juggling his winter seasons between working at the snow, both in Australia and overseas.
During his time with us, Eric has completed numerous industry courses as part of his professional development. He has since developed his skills to become a Facility Manager, which he did not have to sacrifice because of his love for the snow.
