Performance Rating Scale
Each facility is scored based on its Performance Factor and categorised as follows:
0 - 20 | Poor
The facility has underlying issues that need to be identified and addressed.20-30 | Average
The facility is performing below expectations. Focus will be applied to bring it up to standard.30- 50 | Good
The facility is performing well but still has growth potential and areas for improvement.50+ | Excellent
